Monuments in Birmingham, England

If I am not mistaken, this monument I posted here is located in Chamberlain Square in Birmingham, England. I took this photo personally during my visit last year. Thanks to good friends for everything especially the tours in England. any idea out there, what is the name of this monument. I will try to search it next time. Have a great weekend to all!
