Earning Money is not Easy at All

Hello folks! How's the month  of August treating you? So far so good for me! There is only one thing I need, I must go on vacation or I would say,  I need to travel so soon!  I cannot wait for the next trip to come. Around one and a half months more to go and  miss wanderlust  is ready to hit the road again.

I am quite tired today. I don't know for some reasons. I guess, it is because I have to work this weekend.  I don't really like the idea of working on a weekend but I have too.  I can still remember my first days and weeks at work. I cannot believed that I was able to adjust with many things. I reminds me of an online blogger friend who told me that I need to have a pragmatic approach with my job.  Now, I agree he is right.

Wednesday

And This is My Day-Off from Work

Today is my day-off from work. I  would love to stay on bed and sleep longer since the weather is quite cold and it is really nice just to stay in bed. The past few days, we were still turning on the heater some hours in the afternoon until evening because  the temperature inside the house drops to 18 degree Celsius if the heater is  off the whole day.

This morning, I already woke-up at 7:30. I would love to wake-up at  around 9:00 AM but since I still have a lot of things to do, I have no choice but to get-off  from bed. I took my morning ceremony which is taking my favorite gingered-lemon flavored green tea. I paired it with toasted sliced bread. On top of  it is strawberry marmalade and the the other one is with German meat salad. After taking my breakfast, I went for  shower and made me ready to start all the errands for the  day.

2012 is a Leap Year

I understand a bit about leap year. This year for example is a leap year. 2012 has 366 days because it is a leap year. February has also 29 days and 29 is called a leap day. I remember a former colleague at the bank where I worked before, she celebrates her birthday every 29th of February. Does it means that she only gets a year older every four years? I guess you know what I mean with this one. But of course she gets older every year. The only thing is, she don't have her exact birth date when it is not a leap year.

This is how wikipedia explains leap year.

"A leap year (or intercalary or bissextile year) is a year containing one additional day (or, in the case of lunisolar calendars, a month) in order to keep the calendar year synchronized with the astronomical or seasonal year.[1] Because seasons and astronomical events do not repeat in a whole number of days, a calendar that had the same number of days in each year would, over time, drift with respect to the event it was supposed to track. By occasionally inserting (or intercalating) an additional day or month into the year, the drift can be corrected. A year that is not a leap year is called a common year."

Sunny Monday Update

It seems that I was quite away in this blog for sometime. Life is just busy for me the past days. It's just me anyway, a jobless woman but always have a lot of things that keep her busy. Thanks goodness that I finally have the time to peep here for awhile and give you a bit update. I am trying to ease my busyness before I will be away again.

Sov we are on the last Monday of February 2012. My happy hormones is starting to get active because the weather is getting better. We are currently having a bit sunshine. Outside temperature is still cold between 3-9 degrees Celsius. It is better than sub-zero at all like what we had during the first weeks of February.

I just got back from a bit grocery shopping. I just need to go to the next town to take care of some errands. I went to the bank also to send money to the Philippines. There are obligations to be paid like the taxes in our house and in our lot in Cebu. Some projects needs to be finished like the seawall in our house. I believed in two months or three, the main seawall will be done.

I guess that is all for now. I wish you a lovely week! Be safe!

IT'S MY LIFE

I guess you are familiar with the lyrics of this song...just thought of sharing this one..I always hear it on the radio everyday...It's my life, I just want to live and enjoy it to the fullest...cheers!!

IT'S MY LIFE

This ain't a song for the broken-hearted
No silent prayer for the faith-departed
I ain't gonna be just a face in the crowd
You're gonna hear my voice
When I shout it out loud

[Chorus:]
It's my life
It's now or never
I ain't gonna live forever
I just want to live while I'm alive
(It's my life)
My heart is like an open highway
Like Frankie said
I did it my way
I just wanna live while I'm alive
It's my life

This is for the ones who stood their ground
For Tommy and Gina who never backed down
Tomorrow's getting harder make no mistake
Luck ain't even lucky
Got to make your own breaks

[Chorus:]
It's my life
And it's now or never
I ain't gonna live forever
I just want to live while I'm alive
(It's my life)
My heart is like an open highway
Like Frankie said
I did it my way
I just want to live while I'm alive
'Cause it's my life
Better stand tall when they're calling you out
Don't bend, don't break, baby, don't back down

[Chorus:]
It's my life
And it's now or never
'Cause I ain't gonna live forever
I just want to live while I'm alive
(It's my life)
My heart is like an open highway
Like Frankie said
I did it my way
I just want to live while I'm alive
[Chorus:]
It's my life
And it's now or never
'Cause I ain't gonna live forever
I just want to live while I'm alive
(It's my life)
My heart is like an open highway
Like Frankie said
I did it my way
I just want to live while I'm alive
'Cause it's my life!

FRIENDSTER VIRUS ALERT

This is follow-up of what I just posted in my WWW Addict site about NOT GOOD SITES...PLEASE BE AWARE OF THIS SITES!! here is the message from one of my friends about these sites that are being forwarded or sent to your comment box....I am reposting this here for you to be aware of it!!!

You probably got a message from one of your friend saying you'd been filmed and there's a web link that you tried opening but can't get through. Well, by doing that you're not only posting an automatic message to some of your friends but risking your computer for potential virus too....
So be aware of this messages and try to ignore or delete them. They say that the people who's doing this are from the Canafa and their mimicking Youtube's URL web page.

Right now their posting automatic comments with the video of a sexy girl and if you tried opening it you'll post the exact same comment to some of your random friends...
In addition, if you receive a comment and/or message that has a video with a link that takes you to what looks like a friendster log-in page delete the comment and do not use the log-in link.
Someone has phished the account it came from and is trying to phish yours.
Using the log-in link will give them your log-in info and access to your account to do whatever they want.

To help prevent this. I'm asking everyone to repost this bullettin or send this message to all of your friends. With this we can have a much more better friendster experience.
Thanks to all.

Creation or Evolution?

A little girl asked her mother, "How did the human race come
about?"

The mother answered: "God made Adam and Eve and they had
children and so all mankind was made."

Two days later she asks her father the same question. The
father answered: "Many years ago there were monkeys, and we
developed from them."

The confused girl returns to her mother and says: "Mom, how is
it possible that you told me that the human race was created by
God and Papa says we developed from monkeys?"

The mother answers: "Well dear, it is very simple. I told you
about the origin of my side of the family, and your father told
you about his side.

Same Experience

I read this shout-out from friendster. I just remember my past experience with a former friend who did the same thing with me. Oh well, I can't blame this Lady in friendster, the reason why she really put it in her shout-out..I pity those people who are doing acts like this...I mean talking too much just to make other people bad..The bad thing is that they are making false stories....I guess, it is ok if they are telling true stories....I guess, they are doing such things because they are only jealous to other people's success or good life!! What more I can say, " I learned from what she did to me"...but of course, I am still open to make new friends since I am a social person...a very sociable person that she maybe don't know about me...I hope guys that we learn from our mistakes and the mistakes of others too!!! I just trust too much...at least I learned from it!! Peace to all!! here below is the shout-out..I only put XXX to the name!!

"kon di pa ka mohunong diha, dia pa koy mga daghang bala about nimo, you know what ang mga tawo nga imong giaway ug gipanaway nag email ug nanawag nako diri, so hilom na lang dha kay pilde jud ka bisan unsaon, hahaha blehhh nimo XXXXXX"

have a great Monday!!

"A true friend is someone you can trust with all your secrets."
