It seems that I was away here for quite some days. I am back here now and sharing these photos I took today during our visit to the 150th founding anniversary of Fire Brigade in Neumarkt in Upper Palatinate, Bavaria, Germany. You can also see the colourful buildings in the background of the first picture. That white triangle building is the city hall of Neumarkt. You can also noticed the cobbled stones in the old city of this city. It was quite cold today as we witnessed the Fire Brigade with around 115 groups participating the parade. Herbstdult Festival in Regensburg, Germany

We went yesterday to the so-called Herbstdult festival in Regensburg, Bavaria, Germany. It was fun and very entertaining. There were a lot of kiosks, stalls, rides, tents and shops where you can play a lot of games, go shopping, enjoy the rides or simply go sightseeing around and watch all the fun. There are also three big beer tents. We stayed in one tent and watched the band playing while eating. The festival is still going on until this weekend. If you have the chance to visit, don't hesitate! cheers!

I am joining again. I guess I'm still not late to post my entry. Did you see the yellow here? This was taken last Saturday as we visited the Gaeubodenvolksfest in Straubing, Germany. The ladies and the guy here are wearing the so-called Trachten, the national or traditional costume of Germany. I read in the newspaper today that there were 103 groups who participated the parade. That was a very fantastic parade last Sunday. MWT: Oktoberfest in Munich, Germany

Oktoberfest in Munich, Germany is almost here! I can't wait to visit it again this year. This is so far considered to be the biggest festival in Germany and the whole world if I am not mistaken. Millions of tourists and visitors from different parts of the world visit Munich just to experience Oktoberfest..Here you can drink barrels of beer..wink!! just kidding guys! Happy MWT! I had a lot of fun last year but I never drink beer in this festival..sorry not my taste..I might try this year..

My World Tuesday #5 Landshut Wedding Festival

This is the first time that I witnessed this festival last weekend. This is called the Landshuter Hochzeit in German or simply Landshut Wedding Festival in English. This festival takes place every four years. I am thankful to see and witness how the people live during the Medieval times. The participants like you see in the picture wear colourful and attractive Medieval customes...very interesting!
