The Cebu Metropolitan Cathedral in Cebu City, Philippines

This is the The Cebu Metropolitan Cathedral located in Cebu City, Philippines. It is the ecclesiastical seat of the Metropolitan Archdiocese of Cebu. The construction of this cathedral started in 1689 by Bishop Diego de Aguilar.

This is is one of the sites that is worthy to visit in Cebu. This image was taken during my vacation last 2010.
The architecture of the church is typical of Spanish colonial churches in the country, namely, squat and with thick walls to withstand typhoons and other natural calamities.

Lord's Mayor Parade in London, England

It seems that I just visited England last month. It's been more than a year now since I spend some weeks vacation in England. I have been to different places and cities there. One of the most interesting experience I had was when I witnessed the Lord's Mayor Parade in London. That was awesome! Here is one of the images I took.

Have you been to the Philippines? Have you seen the beautiful beaches especially in Cebu City. Here is a very beautiful scenery taken at the 21th floor in Hilton Hotel in Mactan Island, Cebu. This is such a breathtaking view. I love it and I was there last Dec. 2009 and January 2010.

Still Planning for a Holiday

Hello peeps! It seems that I have something good to share especially about vacation and holiday topics. Are you still looking for last minute holidays where you can spend your New Year? I guess it is still not too late to find the right place especially if you want to spend it in great places and cities around the world. Don't you know that I am presently enjoying my long vacation in Asia. Despite of some busy schedules, I am still having quality time in my vacation. Aside from being busy in some projects, I am still enjoying my holiday. You might notice that I love seeing places. One of the countries I am planning to visit is Turkey especially Istanbul and Izmir. I read a lot of interesting stories and historical sights in these cities. I also saw some nice pictures from my friends in FB about these places. Just like my home country, you can experience beautiful holiday in Turkey. How about the great beauty of sunshine and the awesome sunset and blue seas in this cuntry? I am happy to experience it right now.

How about spending some Turkey holidays now before its too late. I believed this is a great idea especially if you want to avoid the cold winter time in Europe. That is also the reason why I am in a warm country right now in Asia. Have you heard about Marmaris? Spending some Marmaris holidays can be a great experience. Skywatch Friday- Las Vegas Sky

It's been a year since I had a long vacation in Las Vegas, Nevada last year. The skies in Vegas are always blue but it is very hot during summer season. At least, I truly enjoyed my vacation there. We just happened to pass-by in this place and sometimes go to Jack in the Box to buy some food. I love the palm trees in Vegas!
