Cruising Europe-One of the Best Way to Discover the Continent

Before I left Europe last August 2012 for a month holiday  in the United States, I was exchanging messages with a compatriot from Australia who was planning for a cruise in Europe. He said that he booked one of the most affordable Cruise Deals he found online.  I was exchanging messages with him again in facebook and told me that their cruise in Europe was one of the best travel experiences that he and his wife had experienced. I  am s happy for him after our conversation.

I agree that one of the best ways to see Europe is through cruises. This is true especially if you found Cheap Cruises that represent value for your money. Many cruise holiday come as a complete package including flights, accommodation and all meals included in the price and what meals they are.

Cruises: The best all-inclusive holiday that money can buy?

There’s no two ways about it: when it comes to holidays on all inclusive, cruises usually win hands down. With all that sumptuous food, never-ending buffets and a new destination to wake up to every day, you’ll be hard-pressed to get better value for money on a standard package holiday. But what can you expect from a cruise holiday?

On most large-scale itineraries the cruise ship is your hotel, entertainment, restaurant and transport - whisking you from one glorious destination to another while you sleep, eat, sun-bathe or party. It’s therefore a huge part of the holiday experience, and because of this you’ll find a range of experiences set up to suit different ages and personal tastes.

For example if you cruise Thomas Cook, you’ll find everything from short taster cruises over a weekend to longer itineraries covering 14, 15 or more nights, travelling to such far-off gems as the Caribbean and South America. With these style of cruises you’ll not only get an all inclusive board basis with breakfast, lunch and dinner, you’ll also get snacks and regular treats such as afternoon tea or special gala dinners. Onboard the facilities range from cinemas and spas to heated pools and fitness centres.

At each port of call, customers will have the chance to disembark and wander around the destination in their own time, or join a specially organised excursion - providing transport to see the sights, an escorted shopping trip to the markets or even boat trips to the local beauty spot.

On a cruise holiday there is always plenty going on, and when you factor in all those wonderful new destinations and varied onboard facilities, it’s easy to see why so many people come back to enjoy all inclusive cruise holidays year after year.

Looking at The Sky in Amsterdam, Netherlands

How are you doing folks? It's been awhile since I did not update this blog. If you don't see me here, you can try to visit my other blogs. I am slowly back to the blogosphere now. I still don't feel like updating my blogs all the time. I am still having a little jet lag from our Europe trip last month. At least, I am slowly coming back. I can't find a better image from my files to share here. I still need to organize the images I took during our tour last month.

Below is an image I took at the port of Amsterdam, the capital city of Netherlands. We had a cruise there during our trip. Amsterdam is like Venice, a city on water. More travel images in my travel sites. Have a wonderful weekend ahead. Thanks to all friends and visitors who keep on viewing and visiting my blogs.

Donaudurchbruch between Kelheim and Kloster Weltemberg

I believed I am one of the luckiest person who have seen one of the most beautiful place in the world, the Donaudurchbruch or Danube Aperture between Kelheim and Kloster Weltemberg. This place is located in the state of Bavaria in Germany. The Danube Aperture located near the Monastery of Weltemburg is considered to be the most remarkable valley in Germany breaking through a mountain barrier. It was really a very nice experience seeing this place for the second time. We also enjoyed the cruise that we had in the famous Danube River. Have fun watching the pictures in this site.
