i got this very sweet thought about friendship from a sweet friend Twinks in my friendster....thanks a lot Sis for remembering me...really touched by your thoughtfulness..thanks for being a friend...hope to see you when I go for vacation sa pinas....luvyah!!! muahuugggsss!! "FRIENDSHIP IS JUST A MATTER OF GIVE AND TAKE..A PROCESS OF MUTUALITY AND RECIPROCITY....

I already learn some lessons about this...But how can you forgive a friend whom you trusted and backfight over you and even trying to ruin your credibility and reputation??? How can you accept a friend when trust is no longer there?? I have been through it and learned some lessons....

Some people come and some people go...that is life I guess...the most important thing is that you always learned some lessons from bad experiences..

10 Points to Maintain Friendship

1. FOCUS ON WHAT YOU CAN GIVE TO A FRIEND, NOT WHAT YOU CAN GET OUT OF A FRIENDSHIP.
If being happy is your only motive for wanting someone to be your friend, then you are not being a real friend. Don't get caught up in keeping tabs on who has given most in the friendship. Give to your friends regardless of how much they give to you.

2. ENCOURAGE YOUR FRIEND.
Real friends inspire and push each other to be the best that they can be, rather than drag each other down. They are happy when other people achieve their goals.

3. BE WILLING TO FORGIVE.
Don't let hurt turn to grudge. This is one sure way to destroy a friendship. Forgive your friend and move on.

4. TACTFULLY POINT OUT THEIR MISTAKES.
This is one way to show concern for others. If you really care, you will tactfully point out a specific example for his own good. But once you've brought the problem to your friend's attention, don't harp on it all the time. Don't walk away from a friendship when you see some of your friend's faults. Be patient with a friend as he or she tries to change. Realize that nobody is perfect.

5. BE RELIABLE.
When you say you are going to be there, be there.

6. DON'T TRY TO CONTROL YOUR FRIENDS.
Real friendship does not mean you always have to be together. It may be tempting to have a fun person all to yourself, and feel threatened when your friend spends time with others. If you are afraid to let your friends out of your sight, you are probably afraid of losing them. Good friendship will endure time spent apart. You and your friends may learn to appreciate each other even more.

7. BE THERE FOR THE GOOD AND THE BAD TIMES.
Celebrate with them if your friends are excited about something. But don't be there just for the good times. When your friend is upset about something, give them your full attention. Most of the time, what friends really need is a sympathetic ear, someone who understand their feelings.

8. LEARN TO ACCEPT PERSONALITY DIFFERENCES IN YOUR FRIENDS.
Be careful not to evaluate other people by how you react in a particular situation. Do not automatically take your friends' behaviour personally.

9. DON'T BE A BLABBERMOUTH.
Learn and be willing to keep each other's secrets.

10. DON'T LET ARGUMENTS DESTROY YOUR FRIENDSHIP.
Suppose you're having a discussion with a friend and after you've said what you think is true, they still disagree. Don't keep arguing until you get mad with each other. Just drop it. Your desire to win the argument may ruin your friendship.

How are you doing guys? Time passes by so quickly. I forgot to greet you about the second Ber month. It's the first week of October now. I know a lot of people are excited for the coming of Christmas time. I also believed that some are also starting to pack and wrap their presents for Christmas gifts for their love ones and friends. I am sending again a balikbayan box this month to my family back home. To all my friends out there, I know I don't talk too much to you anymore because I am just too busy with my little home business (monkey business kuno..wink!!). ..I even don't have the time to do blog hopping..I hope I can do it next time. Sometimes I am visiting some blogs too but I can't visit all..So please accept my apology..

I also would like to express my gratitude to friends who help me especially in giving me infos about blogging. I really appreciate it!! I am happy to know some people in the blogosphere who are really helping with all their heart and don't expect for any return. I know more blessings will come to you!! I also know one person who have been telling people that without her I can't start blogging...kasi parang pinalalabas niya na kung di dahil sa kanya di ako kikita ng pera!! jelly jelly ka lang ano!! Of course, I can!! I know that "suya" lang siya kay di man siya kabalo mu english....aw kahibalo diay pero baliko....Aminin!!...In fact when you visit her blog and find perfect English there, it's her husband who is writing it. O di ba totoo...aminin rin!! I am not a grammar expert but I can write simple words...Ewan bakit meron talagang mga tao na nagseselos sa tagumpay ng ibang tao....Bakit may mga taong nagkukunwari para lang ma-impress yung ibang mga tao??magpakatotoo ka sister!! ayan sana naman matuto ka na at magkaroon ng lesson sa mga nangyari sa buhay mo lalo na ang dahilan kung bakit iniwanan ka ng mga kaibigan mo!!....Pasalamat ka at may nauuto ka pa sigurong kaibigan sa online na naniniwala sa pagkukunwari at pagsisinungaling mo...Tingnan mo muna ang sarili mo bago ka magsalita ng masama sa ibang tao!! Huwag ka ring magsinungaling dahil masama yan!! ..Payong kapatid, ay mali ata..noon pala yun, ngayon hindi na!! Please naman iwasan mo na rin ang pagiging HITACHI!! di mo alam ang ibig sabihin nito??...email or YM mo lang ako...I'll let you know!!Ok lang kung totoo ang sinasabi mo, pero halos sinungaling pa naman lalo na at naninira ka ng ibang tao!! at ako nga ay iyong naging biktima pati pa yung iba mong kaibigan...pagkatapos mo kaming utangan!!! kapal naman ng apog mo!! Understand, kasabot, intiende, verstehe!!!! Pasensiya na kung nagsasabi ako ng totoo!! Eto pa ang huli iwasan mo rin ang pagyayabang dahil sa totoo lang wala ka talagang maipagyayabang......Hay ambot lang nagyawyaw naman diay ko diri!! syalan gud!! But anyway, thanks for telling me about blogging when in fact I already know about it since I joined friendster in 2004 but I just can't do it because I am working full time that time!!! Pasensiya na mga higala..unsaon man mao ma ni ang usa ka part sa blogging di ba....rants...rants...rants...in short pagawas sa gibati!! ang di kasabot pasensiya na....bahala kamo dira!!! hehehe..Ilongo to ba!!

Let me continue with my topic.... I am not an expert blogger, but at least I am trying my best to share ideas, thoughts, opinions and especially my personal experiences in the blogosphere. I know I still need to know a lot of things about blogging and I can't deny that. Once again, thanks a lot to all friends who really extend their helping hands, their time and effort in giving me infos about blogging!! A Tribute To My Dear Friend Grace

I was shocked today after I read the message in my friendster inbox. The message is from my sister's friend who is also my friend and like a little sister to me. The message which was sent yesterday says like this ;

Message:
hi ate rubz,
just to let u know ate grace passed away last aug. 9, 2008. nanaginip man gud ko sa iya last night telling me for not informing u. sorry po!

I just read it today and I didn't realized that tears were already fulling from my eyes after reading it. My chest is even harden until now after I read again another message coming from her sister, the reasons why she passed. I just can't imagine and ask why???? My friend's name is Grace. She had been a very good friend of mine in College days. I am also very close to her family back in Midsayap. She was my former classmate and I really treasured the friendship we had. Grace is really one in a million!! This post is dedicated to her and I hope and pray that she rest in peace with our Creator now. She is just so young, in her mid thirty's just like me. I had a great time with her back in College days.

How can you imagine that!!!...she already passed-away but came back thru a dream in her sister just to tell me that she already passed-away. I was really deeply touched that a dear dead friend of mine still remember me!! I know I have been a good friend to her and she had been always a good friend to me too. I know I can' t forget all the memories, the friendship and the beautiful moments we shared before in Midsayap.

It was really a very sad happening or even a traumatic experience when our dear friend or loved ones will passed away. To you Grace, I promise to keep our memory. I know I might not express my love for you as a friend but deep in my heart you are always there..You're great and you're one in a million.!! You will never be forgotten especially by your family and good friends out there!!

I love you Grace and I pray that your soul will rest in peace.

To all my friends out there especially the ones who came from my home country, my friends both online and offline, I might not be sending you messages all the time or might be talking to you everyday but I want to let you know that you are always in my mind and in my heart. God bless us all..Thanks for all your friendship and camaraderie!!

Please also pray for the soul of Grace and all souls who passed-away in this world.
