For me, I would say Numbers 1, 4, 6 and sometimes 3. Not really good for me and will try my best to avoid my bad habits. lolz!

The main causes of liver damage are:

1. Sleeping too late and waking up too late are main cause.
2. Not urinating in the morning.
3. Too much eating.
4. Skipping breakfast.
5. Consuming too much medication.

The World's 10 Most Dangerous Airlines

I have a Brazilian friend who is afraid in flying with a plane. This is also the reason why she don't go often on vacation when  flying  with airlines are required. I told her, probably she is not used to it. I also recommend that it is better for  her to board often in an airplane to get rid of her fright. She was happy last time when they were able to made it to Thailand for their family holiday.

I love to fly with any airlines everytime I go on travel especially distant ones. I am trying to remember how many airlines did I already boarded during my past travels. I believed around 10 airlines already. I have to check my travel tickets and documents for this. Thank God I am not afraid to board in a plane or else I  was not able to visit almost 30 countries now.

Today, I read about the World's 10 Most Dangerous Airlines. Take a look at this;

"Flying was less deadly in 2012 than in any year since 1945, but that does not mean all airlines are equally safe.

The Jet Airliner Crash Data Evaluation Centre (JACDEC), which collects information about aviation accidents and safety, has published its annual Airline Safety Ranking.

The ratings take into account the number and deadliness of the hull losses (destroyed airplanes) they have suffered in the past 30 years, how they have fared more recently, and how many flights they have flown without incident.

The results do not take into account the cause of the hull losses, or whether the airline is at fault, so they are not a perfect measure of how safely an airline behaves. Of 60 ranked airlines, here are the 10 with the worst safety records, including the number of hull losses since 1983, and how many fatalities they caused:
#10 SkyWest Airlines: 3 hull losses; 22 dead
#9 South African Airways: 1 hull loss; 159 dead
#8 Thai Airways International: 5 hull losses; 309 dead
#7 Turkish Airlines: 6 hull losses, 188 dead
#6 Saudia: 4 hull losses; 310 dead

My World in Siegestor or Victory gate in Munich, Germany

I had seen this architecture for some times already. The Siegestor or Victory Gate in Munich is a three-arched triumphal arch crowned with a statue of Bavaria with a lion-quadriga, similar in style to the Arch of Constantine in Rome, the Marble Arch in London, the Arc de Triomphe in Paris and the Brandenburger Tor in Berlin. It is located between the Ludwig Maximilian University and the Ohmstraße, on the intersection of the Leopoldstrasse and the Ludwigstrasse.

Here is the picture I took last November 2009.

Feel free to visit Wordless Wednesday and World Tuesday to join and see more photos! Have a great one especially to all participants of these memes!
HISTORY

The gate was commissioned by King Ludwig I of Bavaria, designed by Friedrich von Gärtner and completed by Eduard Mezger in 1852. The quadriga was created by Martin von Wagner. The gate was originally dedicated to the glory of the Bavarian army (dem bayerischen Heere zum Ruhme). Today the Siegestor is a monument and reminder to peace. After sustaining heavy damage in World War II, the gate was - similar to the Kaiser-Wilhelm-Gedächtniskirche in Berlin - reconstructed and restored only partially. The inscription on the back side is by Wilhelm Hausenstein and reads Dem Sieg geweiht, vom Krieg zerstört, zum Frieden mahnend, which translates as "Dedicated to victory, destroyed by war, reminding of peace". In the last couple of years, the statues that remained were meticulously cleaned and restored. The Siegestor is 21 meters high, 24 Meters wide, and 12 meters deep. wikipedia

As received, Just would like to share this very important message for the hardworking fellow kababayans...

GOD BLESS Everyone!
